HI, I'M SAM.
I support small businesses in building brands with meaning and direction. With Her Co is mine — founded on my own, run on full passion.
I've spent my working life around small business, brands and the rooms where people actually meet each other.
What I kept seeing was the same thing: brilliant women, established businesses, stuck for a direction — and nobody in their corner who'd tell them the truth kindly.
So that's the job. Cheerleader, confidant, honest opinion. Never in competition, always standing beside you. I come at everything with full passion, and you get all of me.
I'm based in the Macedon Ranges and work with small businesses across Melbourne, with events mostly through the north-west.
I also founded I'm With Her, a separate local business of mine. The two sit independently for now, though they do occasionally end up in the same room.
